The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and included Italian breakfast in the kitchen. The host was very helpful, spoke excellent English, waited for a late check-in, allowed luggage storage after check-out, and answered questions about getting into town. The location was quiet residential about a 30-minute walk to the city centre with easy access to restaurants. Wi-Fi worked great and the area had some barking dogs.
