We stayed in a comfy apartment in Bologna and appreciated how helpful and quick Antonio was, especially when we asked for light housekeeping and fresh towels during our week-long stay. The place is just a bit over 15 minutes’ walk from Piazza Maggiore, close to the bus and train stations, with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment gets lots of light, sits in a quiet area with a view of a historic church, and Antonio stocked us with breakfast snacks, coffee, and juice, the espresso machine and AC came in handy, and the Wi-Fi worked great too, all up on the 4th floor with an older but working elevator.
